We are currently developing a self-paced course packed with fabulous activities and a comprehensive workbook to help make better friends without yourself.

Sometimes life gets on top of you. You’re busy and burned out. Forgetting to take care of yourself.

This 6-week online course takes just one live, 1-hour Zoom session a week (camera on or off).
You’ll re-centre yourself. Reset your priorities. Reclaim the resilience you need to be your best self.

Be a Better Friend to Yourself – How It Works

A 6 week online course with one live, 1-hour Zoom session each week (camera on or off). No worries if you miss a session – we’ll send you a recording.

How do I access the course?

Do I have to turn my camera on for the course?

The course will be conducted over Zoom and supported by a workbook. Simply book below and you’ll get a confirmation email with all links and key information. You can also view the upcoming courses below.

Do I have to turn my camera on for the course?

Not if you don’t want to; this course is all about you learning to give yourself what you need and if you need to have your camera off and just listen, this is okay. Of course, you’re also welcome to turn it on and engage, or to do a mix of both!
Each session will start with a non-compulsory check in. Those who want to share where they are at can, and those who don’t, can listen.

What if I miss some sessions?

No problem! A recording of the session will be provided (if all participants agree), otherwise, a recording of the practical activities will be provided.

How much does the course cost?

Less than the cost of two therapy sessions. The course is $320, including the workbook and session recordings that you can refer back to.
