There are three sections:

  • Safety and Connection
  • Befriending your emotions
  • Self Compassion.

Each section has a short video intro to set the scene (skip this if you want) and is supported with a series of meditations and reflective writing exercises (video, audio and PDFs) to put the theory into practice.

All the exercises can and should be repeated. Becoming a better friend to yourself is a process that requires practice. And an enjoyable one at that.
