With a basis in neuroscience, leadership theory, psychology and experiential gestalt psychotherapy, our workshops cover not only what to do, but also how to do and how to deal with the internal and external barriers that get in the way of us doing what we need to do.

Our workshops, courses and events are educational, thought-provoking, engaging, interactive and fun. They support both professional and personal development.

We also offer courses and workshops specific to Workplaces.

It always felt relaxed and a comfortable place to meet. One hour was enough each week. Monday was a good day to hold it and 7.30 was a good time. I liked the theory and then the mediations were always beneficial and got me ready for bed. The theory helped me understand some of the concepts I was familiar with but lifted them off the page. Kate was knowledgeable and yet relatable, always making space for people to share yet didn’t push for it.

It was actually great to take time out on a Monday to reflect and meditate. I’ve really enjoyed it. It was good to learn some new ways to tackle difficult feelings, and to be kinder to myself.

Kate is an excellent presenter! She created a safe and welcoming environment and I felt very supported during the entirety of the course. I have learnt so much from the course, I can understand my mental health and the people around me so much better. The resources supplied with the course are easy to follow and enable me to revisit the learnings when I need them most. Learning different meditations for different areas of my life has been a game changer! The biggest thankyou Kate, you are honestly amazing!

Be a Better Friend To Yourself

As our flagship offering, this one-hour per week six week course is held over Zoom and explores topics about self compassion and allows attendees to experience practical activities designed to help enhance self awareness and develop a kinder relationship with yourself.
